Hello! This is a personal blog written by Mike Sheehan. I am a freelance web developer in Omaha, NE. I enjoy reading philosophy, smoking cigars and home construction. This May I will be getting married! My fiancee is an Occupational Therapist working with brain injury patients at Madonna Rehabilitation in Lincoln. When we are not working on our rental property or catching up on sleep, we’re cleaning up after our puppy, Barret, a mini-Schnauser.

I also own a technology business, Tesla Home Control, LLC with my business partner and old college buddy Nic DeMuth. Our motto is “Life Simplified” and is based on our belief that technology can make our lives easier and safer if done right. We install systems that monitor and control all facets of the home (audio, theater, lighting, irrigation, security, surveillance, etc.). If things pan out, I might one day make a living playing with the latest and greatest technology.
